Travel Fee Policy - Effective February 3, 2017

Swimmers participating in travel meets will be required to help cover the travel costs for coaches. Individual costs will be calculated based on the number of coaches and swimmers attending the meet and therefore will vary. Fees will be kept reasonable and customary. (For example IRS limits on mileage expenses or discounts on advance airline ticket purchases, limits on daily meal allowances, affordable shared lodging, etc.) Swimmers who are only participating in relays and those participating at Nationals meets will be exempt from this fee.
